HAPPY FATHER’S DAY!!

Yesterday was Marin's visit to the pediatrician. She had to get her shots and it was awful to see her cry in pain. She weighed (drumroll) 16 lbs. 14oz. Yes, she is a little on the chunky side for her age. The doctor tried to make me feel better by saying "Oh, when she starts crawling and walking her weight will balance out". Thanks, doc. We discussed sleeping through the night and I told the doctor she still gets up once a night and we feed her thinking she is hungry. So the doc said to try and put her back to sleep without feeding her. So I am thinking 'yeah right!'. So last night when she started to wake up Eric gave her the pacifier and placed her blanket beside her to hold and she went right back to sleep. Amazing! We probably could have been doing this all along and saved some valuable sleeping time.
